Hong Kong Supermarket

In January 2011, the roof collapsed on the Lincoln Bowling Alley (which was being used only for storage), and the owners of the building took the opportunity to use the site for a new location for their grocery store.   Weddermann Architecture was hired to design a new facility, bringing the project from concept through construction.  The 18,000 square foot store has a partial second level, a renovated parking lot, and is fully functional.  The clients are an amazing group of family members whose dedication to the Lincoln District is emblematic of the positive forward motion evident in Tacoma.
