This residential project is located in downtown Tacoma, WA. There are 78 units on 3 levels over a commercial level at grade, and two levels of parking. Jennifer acted as project architect and project manager for the project. The feature of the dwelling units is a central exterior courtyard with walkways that cross back and forth across the atrium space.
