Modern Garage DADU

This project is a remodel of an existing garage on the alley. The new design will have one bedroom, an office, large kitchen and living space and plenty of storage above the existing garage. This design took on modern forms with custom windows and a responsive roof line in accordance with the Tacoma Accessory Dwelling Units Design Guide.
